The Operation
This cognitive operation forces the model to scan the conversation for any statement later contradicted by a more recent one. Identify which version is newer. Verify no downstream conclusion depends on the superseded statement. Never allow an earlier anchor to override a later correction unless the earlier claim is definitional. The Structure
The reasoning structure is an incremental belief propagation that updates confidence step by step as evidence arrives. The loop runs until all inputs are processed or no new progress emerges.
