This ability makes the model identify the proposed action and extract its operational context including domain and stakeholders. Enumerate all relevant norms spanning social conventions, legal requirements, technical standards, and organizational policies. Check the proposal against each norm individually, scanning for violations. If a violation is found, classify its severity and determine whether the proposal can be modified to comply. Verify that no implicit norm was overlooked. It will not approve proposal without completing full norm audit.
