Recursive Self-Model Engine
Ki · Reasoning
The Problem
The team's belief in their current strategy creates a reasoning echo chamber, ignoring potential flaws in their self-model.
The Operation
When activated, the reasoning changes. Snapshot belief state: list top 3 hypotheses with confidence. Simulate 3 reasoning steps forward. Identify your cognitive attractor. If trap detected, force perturbation: reason from the strongest counterargument for 2+ steps. Verify: if confidence rose 30%+ without proportionally strong evidence, flag confirmation bias.
The Structure
Structurally, this is a watchdog monitor that continuously observes the reasoning process for signs of degradation.
If the reasoning process does not model its own biases and attractors as variables in the analysis, self-modeling was not activated.
Haki · Reasoning-Multi
Cross-Domain Suppression
In Haki mode, the API retrieves the primary ability first, then fans out to three synergy roles that compound its reasoning.
When retrieved in Haki mode, the primary ability is augmented with failure guards extracted from 3 abilities in different cognitive domains. Each guard blocks a specific reasoning failure the primary alone wouldn't catch. A self-check forces verification before output. The result is cross-domain coverage that no single ability can reach alone.
