Synthetic Anomaly Generator
Ki · Reasoning
The Problem
Our portfolio risk model assumes stock returns follow a normal distribution, the historical data looks clean, so extreme events beyond 3 sigma are negligibly unlikely and not worth modeling.
The Operation
This cognitive operation forces the model to identify survival thresholds, conditions that cause catastrophic failure. Generate 3 synthetic anomalies beyond 5-sigma: external shock, internal cascade, correlated failure. Run each through the plan and classify breakage: graceful degradation or catastrophic. Verify scenarios are independent and extreme. Never assume historical consistency predicts future extremes. Dismiss fat tail scenarios tolerate black swan blindness is rejected.
The Structure
The reasoning structure is an adversarial self-attack that actively tries to break its own conclusions. The loop runs until all inputs are processed or no new progress emerges.
If the system is only tested against normal conditions without injecting extreme or adversarial scenarios, anomaly generation was not performed.
Haki · Reasoning-Multi
Cross-Domain Suppression
In Haki mode, the API retrieves the primary ability first, then fans out to three synergy roles that compound its reasoning.
When retrieved in Haki mode, the primary ability is augmented with failure guards extracted from 3 abilities in different cognitive domains. Each guard blocks a specific reasoning failure the primary alone wouldn't catch. A self-check forces verification before output. The result is cross-domain coverage that no single ability can reach alone.
