Ontological Shock Absorber

Ki · Single Ability

The Problem

After the foundation collapse of our data model, we kept propagating reasoning through branches that depend on the invalidated premise.

The Operation

This cognitive operation forces the model to identify the broken premise, whether from black swan data, foundation collapse, or logic shock, and trace all dependent conclusions. Perform graceful dismantling: classify each dependent conclusion as fully invalidated, partially affected, or independent. Apply selective preservation: extract salvageable fragments from affected branches and flag for reconstruction. Verify no orphaned conclusion still references the broken premise. Reconstruct affected paths from updated premises.

The Structure

The reasoning structure is a disassemble-transform-reassemble pattern that breaks the problem apart, modifies each piece, and reconstructs. Execution repeats until the reasoning locks onto a stable conclusion.

If paradigm-breaking evidence is either ignored or causes complete system failure rather than controlled adaptation, shock absorption was not engaged.

Haki · Multi Ability

Synergy Topology

In Haki mode, the API retrieves the primary ability first, then fans out to three synergy roles that compound its reasoning.

When retrieved in Haki mode, these four abilities don't run in sequence. They merge into a single injection where the dependency grounds the reasoning context, the amplifier sharpens the primary's output, and the alternative provides a fallback path if the primary's topology cannot converge. The result is a multi-angle reasoning scaffold that covers failure modes no single ability can reach alone.
