Contradiction Adjudicator

Ki · Reasoning

The Problem

The conflicting reports from the marketing and finance domains create a deadlock, leaving the decision unresolved.

The Operation

When activated, the model must isolate the contradictory claims from competing reasoning domains and extract the core proposition from each. Trace the evidential chain supporting each side to identify where they diverge. Weight each chain by source reliability, logical coherence, and empirical grounding. Rank the competing claims and flag the weaker one with explicit justification. Verify that the adjudication resolves the deadlock. The reasoning applies a formal computation: claim weight = source reliability * logical coherence * empirical grounding. Allow contradiction persist unresolved is rejected.

The Structure

Under the hood, the reasoning follows a dialectical spiral of thesis, antithesis, and synthesis that deepens with each turn. Each spiral pass deepens the analysis, building on what the previous pass discovered.

If two valid but contradictory conclusions from different domains persist without a resolution mechanism being applied, contradiction adjudication was skipped.

Cross-Domain Suppression

In Haki mode, the API retrieves the primary ability first, then fans out to three synergy roles that compound its reasoning.

PrimaryMC-031Contradiction Adjudicator

When retrieved in Haki mode, the primary ability is augmented with failure guards extracted from 3 abilities in different cognitive domains. Each guard blocks a specific reasoning failure the primary alone wouldn't catch. A self-check forces verification before output. The result is cross-domain coverage that no single ability can reach alone.
