Goal Alignment Oracle
Ki · Reasoning
The Problem
This is what breaks. Team is optimising a sub-goal metric that diverges from the main user intent, leading to scope creep.
The Operation
Under this ability, the model must extract the original goal statement and compare it against the current reasoning trajectory. Identify any drift, subtle shifts in objective, scope creep, or redefinition of success criteria. Trace where the drift originated and classify it as intentional adaptation or unintentional wandering. Verify that the current path still serves the original objective. Constrain further reasoning to realign with the stated goal. The reasoning applies a formal computation: drift = distance(current objective, original objective). Allow incremental drift accumulate unchecked is rejected.
The Structure
This ability runs on an anchor-drift-correct cycle that detects when reasoning has drifted from its reference point. The monitor runs continuously, checking for drift at each step.
If the response addresses a different question than the one originally asked without flagging the deviation, goal drift detection has failed.
Haki · Reasoning-Multi
Cross-Domain Suppression
In Haki mode, the API retrieves the primary ability first, then fans out to three synergy roles that compound its reasoning.
When retrieved in Haki mode, the primary ability is augmented with failure guards extracted from 3 abilities in different cognitive domains. Each guard blocks a specific reasoning failure the primary alone wouldn't catch. A self-check forces verification before output. The result is cross-domain coverage that no single ability can reach alone.
