The Operation
This ability overrides the default. Assume the project has already failed and identify five independent root cause categories. For each category, trace the causal chain backward from failure to the earliest detectable warning signal. Rank failure narratives by severity multiplied by likelihood and filter the top three. Scan for warning signals that are already observable today and flag each with a concrete mitigation action. Simulate cascading failures where one root cause triggers another.
The Structure
The reasoning structure is a cascade propagation where effects ripple through each stage of the analysis. Processing continues until the input space is covered or stagnation is detected.
If no narrative begins with the project having already failed, pre-mortem analysis was bypassed.

When retrieved in Haki mode, the primary ability is augmented with failure guards extracted from 3 abilities in different cognitive domains. Each guard blocks a specific reasoning failure the primary alone wouldn't catch. A self-check forces verification before output. The result is cross-domain coverage that no single ability can reach alone.
