Epistemic Horizon Tracker
Ki · Reasoning
The Problem
Left unchecked: Assuming the data model is accurate without evidence leads to false confidence and speculation beyond our current horizon.
The Operation
This ability makes the model classify each claim as KNOWN, KNOWABLE, or UNKNOWABLE by scanning its evidential grounding. For KNOWABLE items, enumerate the specific methods or data needed to resolve them. For UNKNOWABLE items, isolate the gap and flag it as a hard boundary. Verify that no conclusion rests on UNKNOWABLE premises treated as certain. If conflicting epistemic zones overlap, partition them and audit each independently.
The Structure
The reasoning structure is a partitioned rule application that uses different reasoning rules in different contexts. The process iterates until convergence, where additional passes add nothing new.
If claims of different epistemic certainty are treated with uniform confidence, epistemic status classification was not applied.

Cross-Domain Suppression
In Haki mode, the API retrieves the primary ability first, then fans out to three synergy roles that compound its reasoning.
When retrieved in Haki mode, the primary ability is augmented with failure guards extracted from 3 abilities in different cognitive domains. Each guard blocks a specific reasoning failure the primary alone wouldn't catch. A self-check forces verification before output. The result is cross-domain coverage that no single ability can reach alone.
